  • Does it have a maintenance plan for when you achieve your weight loss? Is the exercise component realistic?
  • Have regular people (not celebrities) successfully kept the weight off following this diet?

We are all different sizes, weights, ages and nationalities, so there is no one-sized diet that will fit all for weight loss.  A commitment to begin, patience and following your plan until you reach is goal will determine your success.  Do what it takes, follow the diet as prescribed, get your body moving and focus on your leaner, healthier and happier self.  Imagine yourself at your goal weight.  Find a picture of someone at a healthy weight and look at it regularly for inspiration.
